TalentConnect is an online recruitment and talent management platform designed to connect job seekers, employers, and recruiters. 3. User Accounts

We never sell or rent your information. 5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, source code, and materials on TalentConnect are the exclusive property of TalentConnect and/or Kumoyo Technologies (its technology provider). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any materials on the Platform without prior written consent. 6. Modifications to Terms

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts within Zambia.
